Great service and attention from Danny while purchasing my TV. He was so helpful and patient with me and he wasn’t pushy at all. Glad for such great service. I will be back and will highly recommend my friends to ask for him when they come to Brandsmart. Also, Emily was great while checking out. She was super friendly and helpful while searching for my Brandsmart Account. Great service representative. Steve, at the pick up area was very nice and took good care of my tv at the pick up dock. He helped us without hesitation to get our TV into the truck. Good service and selections of many items at this Brandsmart. Organized and clean too.

We ordered our Samsung washer & dryer with Mike Crespo. Our current washer & dryer broke. He explained everything about the front loaders and answered any questions we had since we never had front loades before. He set up the delivery fast since we needed them. The delivery employees were great as well. They removed our old ones and set up our beautiful new washer & dryer. So happy with the whole process from start to finish.

Worst place to shop - went to buy a washer and drier and the service was horrible. Managers have no clue about the product they have - you would think a manger is a qualified person in sales and products that grows into the manager position. The place has received a wrong reputation for having low prices - it doesn’t. They are a third party seller - they get the items in quantity- show a high price as if this was the previous price and then give a 20% discount that sits at a level still higher than other retailer. A washer I wanted to buy was promoted on sale at 879$ and Lowe’s has it 791$ before any special sales. They are out of stock for most items. They wanted to sell me a bundle where one item was available and the other wasn’t. It would arrive later (no specific date). Then they tried to sell a mix match that had nothing to do with each other. Katapult program is a rip off - paying 130% more for a 12 months period - playing with desperate people with low credit. The sellers don’t have a clue what the program represents and what is the percentage. Spent 4 hours in the store trying to get the katapult screen communicate with the regular screen. The manager removed a 40$ shipment and said this is his discount that he is giving me - doubt the manager discount is that. Inconsistencies everywhere . Checked the same item at Lowe’s and was 100$ less per each item even before the 20% discount they are now giving. And on top of that both items arrive in two days . Don’t deal with financial abusive stores that rip off people in need. Don’t get fooled by fake discounts. Do the research. 130% increase in 12 months is financial abuse and should not be permitted.
