My search to purchase GE Café appliances led me to the big box stores, and a few stores Owned locally. I visited those stores, they had beautiful showrooms, and I was looking for GE Café products. They were more expensive than run-of-the-mill Appliances. One of the stores sales persons kind of felt like he was wasting his time with my wife and I. Totally turned off why am I telling you all of this? Because all of this changes when you meet Luis at Alpha appliances. What a great guy. You're dealing with someone that knows his stuff, knows the direction that the market is in, and has a really nice Conversation with you about appliance technology. What can I say, I bonded with the guy in like five minutes. I placed my order and he kept me up to speed the entire time and responded to my many emails and phone calls along the way, always with a great attitude, always with a smile, always making me feel important. He and his partner came and removed all of my old appliances installed the new ones they did it while smiling, working in a professional manner. I cannot say enough good things about Luis and his team at Alpha appliances. In a city full of pushy sales people, obnoxious salespeople, lies, miss quote , and delays of simple information, Luis and Alpha appliances are a breath of fresh air. Fair pricing, unbeatable service.

I had an excellent experience at Alpha Appliances. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, honest and never made me fee pressured. The personalized service here is on a completely different level compared to the big-box stores. A special thank-you to Luis Gutierrez. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely accommodating. He took the time to explain the product clearly, helped me make the right choice without any pressure and assisted with delivery. The delivery experience was outstanding. I purchased my washer and dryer on a Wednesday at 4 PM and they were installed the very next day by 6:45 PM. The delivery team which included Luis, was careful and respectful, taking care not to damage door casings as the appliances were a tight fit. Their attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend Alpha Appliances for anyone looking for great prices, honest guidance and truly exceptional service. They made the entire process smooth, quick and stress-free. This type of service is rare today.

This company is an excellent company to purchase appliances! I purchased a stove and a refrigerator and the customer service was excellent! Also to add the delivery guys were very professional and were very cautious when taking down my new appliances and also installing them in my kitchen .
