I contacted this company when my freezer stopped freezing. The tech came out with the correct parts, fixed the problem in one visit and ensured all worked well before he left. Skilled, reliable and good value.

Scheduling the appliance diagnostics service helped to better understand the reason that the appliance was not working correctly. The technician examined all the major components during his visit and was able to determine the root cause of the problem and correct it. The repair worked immediately, giving a better performance. Eliminated the need for deduction as to what was wrong.

"I have had a couple experiences with them and they are my go-to when it comes to appliance repair. All visits have been on time, forthright about what is wrong and without pushy selling. The work is always executed perfectly on the first go, and that really generates trust. This kind of reliable service is hard to find these days. "
