Malcolm is very trustworthy. He sold, delivered and installed a stackable for me. Infortunately it did not go well as the equipment seemed to be in good shape. However, and this is VERY important to let people know, he did not let me down. He was very professional and immediately said he would give me the money back which he did - the next day! Something went wrong, which he himself was not aware of BUT he stood by his product. So you can 100% trust him. I am waiting to hear from him regarding another stackable as soon as he has one. Was able to buy an extremely affordable washer that was clean and in great working condition. Malcom was very professional and communicative when I messaged through Facebook. He made the transaction fast and easy! And I was given a warranty! Highly recommend. It is located in fort pierce but worth it!

Excellent customer service and they back up their products!! I purchased a reasonably priced used stackable washer dryer from Malcolm at M&E and it included a 90 day warranty and delivery. About 2 months later I started having an issue with the washer wobbling and contacted him. He got back to me right away and came to pick it up for repair. He kept in touch with me the whole time, let me know what was being fixed and when it was done he delivered it back and set it up again at no additional charge! I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a used appliance. So much better than taking a risk on FB marketplace! Five stars all the way!!
