Basil Appliance Sales & Svc

I recently purchased a new cook top from Basil's in Englewood and the experience was great. I originally called them to see if my cook top could be repaired, no dice. However, Andrew found a new cook top that my wife loved that would fit in the current space. He then coordinated with a gas company for hook-up and the somewhat complicated process was done in minutes. At every step the service was superb, and I give them my highest recommendation.

Well the sales guy was awesome this doesn't have to do with sales and the outcome of my fridge. Even though i was told the doors would be leveled by the sales guy. Its was the delivery guys. The came in the AM and they tried to put the fridge in the door but it wouldn't fit. So they ask to use a step stool. I dont have one so I let them use a chair. Fast forward, my door is removed and the fridge is inside. I show them where and they get to work. I am in the middle of school with my kiddos. So once the are finish I ased why the door isn't leveled. That is why I paid the delivery fee in the first place. If not my husband could of picked it up. They said they didn't have the footing needed. I said ok no problem. He said contact the office. I did. I notice black finger prints all over my white door and chair. The nails to put the door back on halfway down and not put back on properly 😒. They should carry a towel to clean. So back to the office. My water also wasn't working. So when I spoke to the office they scheduled someone to come level the door and see what's wrong with water. They came and said the need footing. I told them on the phone it needed footing. They left. They said they will be back. Time goes bye and they come back and the put footing on. Its hilarious because its not even level. The door is still off. I just gave up at this point. I told the office previously about them leaving black finger prints everywhere and also that my very heavy front door didn't have the nails all the way down like its supposed to. Did they do anything nope. I am very upset at the lack of respect to my home and the fact they just didn't even do what was needed.

Andrew at Basil was incredibly helpful from start to finish! He was able to provide the quote for our appliance package quickly and set up delivery as soon as they became available. Delivery team installed everything into our new kitchen carefully and timely. Would highly recommend Basil Appliance and Andrew Norris was an absolute rock star!

Basil Appliance did a wonderful job on the service of our range. I was so impressed with the tech’s knowledge and speed getting everything ordered we went and got our dryer from them. Support local! Dryer was professionally installed and the team did a wonderful job removing the old dryer from a tight space and down an elevator. I highly recommend! They fit everything into 1 week! THAT is amazing service.
