Jerry in the key department was phenomenal.I thought the price would be over a $130 for my vehicle key but wasn't, switching the gus out made it be less. Everyone I passed kept asking " may I help you " how professional and cool was that. Thank you Ace and Jerry with the silver hair just in case there's another Jerry.

I was visiting Florida for the weekend. Before my flight I was trying to kill some time and I saw great online reviews on the giftshop you all have. I was beyond surprised how wonderful and large the giftshop was! The woman that was working in this section at the time (I unfortunately did not get her name) was pleasant, we chatted about where I am from as she had visited before, and wished me safe travels. It was refreshing to have kind customer service like that. If I were to come back to the area, I would come back again!

I’m in Largo Florida a lot. I always use the Ace Hardware which used to be hammerhead hilarious. Now it is sunshine I think. It’s very nice group Employees there. But I actually live in Charlotte. And they just built a new one in Ballentine, North Carolina. i’ve been there already a few times. And they have been extremely helpful. I am so happy to see this in our neighborhood. I think it was something we were missing. We do have the other places. But you don’t get the same help. And I really like that thank you. But whatever I’m in Florida, I do use the Ace Hardware for all of my needs. I seem to be able to find everything there. If there’s something I can’t find there they will tell me where I can get it.

I LOVE this place! It has everything you need PLUS the best "gift" things. The store associates are ALWAYS helpful and kind. It gives the small town feel and true good old customer service. Ms. Iris went above and beyond today by bagging and bowing each one of my gifts 🥰

Fantastic. Friendly. Helpful. Not just a hardware store but also a huge home decor and souvenir ir section. This was the best hardware store we've ever been to.
