We pretty much knew what we wanted, gave Gunnar the information and he took us right to the appropriate appliances. Left us to discuss our options while he printed specification and price proposals. We took everything home, double checked the measurements called back and completed our purchase by phone. This was by far the most pleasant appliance purchase we had ever had. Everything in the Bonita Springs store is wheelchair accessible.

We had amazing experience purchasing our dishwasher from your company. Sally is a fantastic sales person. We did not even have to go to the store. She was quick, very knowledgeable and helpful. And to make the experience even better, Danny installed the dishwasher! What a great guy! Can’t say enough good things about both of them! We are definitely loyal customers, and your employees are the main reason!

I visited both the Fort Myers and Bonita Springs stores. First off I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone working there was as welcoming and helpful as you can ask for. I visited several stores looking for a new refrigerator since ours quit working. This was my last stop. The had a great selection and the best prices. I ended up making my purchase here. My wife and I both agreed that we would be going here for any appliance purchases going forward. We both had a great experience. Thank you for all of your help guys. You were great!

We had a great experience buying. Sally in the Bonita store is a real pro who knows her stuff and can discuss all the reasons for and against each model. My fridge had died, within 20 minutes we had a couple good options with all my questions answered. She was able to get us an emergency delivery next day. I strongly recommend this store and Sally.
