My first experience shopping here today was disappointing. I want to start by recognizing the associates in the cell phone department—they were outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the purchase process. Unfortunately, our experience changed when we went to the merchandise return department. We had a simple question about the phone we had just purchased because we received the wrong color. While it may seem like a small issue, we paid for the color we wanted and simply wanted assistance. The associate, William, was dismissive and unprofessional. As my wife was explaining the situation, he shook his head in a disrespectful manner, interrupted us, and simply told us to "go to the front" without offering any help or guidance. My wife and I both work in customer service, and we understand the importance of treating customers with respect. This interaction was a clear example of how not to handle a customer concern. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive the level of service they deserve.

Mark Jason has been our companies representative for several years and has never fallen short of the mark. He always picks up the phone and fulfills my orders on the spot. This is super beneficial as sometimes I need to order several appliances at a time. He always does his best to find me the best deals and always communicates clearly with pickup and/or delivery timelines. I couldn’t ask for a better rep that makes the process of getting appliances quick, smooth, and easy.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I bought a steamer here for $89.99, then found the exact same brand—but a newer model—at Costco for only $39.99. That is a $50 difference. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Employees in blue uniforms just stand around playing on their phones and laughing while customers wait. When you need a cashier or a return, they just tell you to "wait for someone else" and nobody actually helps. It’s no surprise they are closing locations like the one in Davie/Fort Lauderdale. Management clearly doesn't care. Don't waste your money or your time here.

I’d like to share a very positive experience I had while purchasing a washer and dryer at BrandsMart. Two sales managers, Mark and Andrew, went above and beyond to assist me throughout the process. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best options for my needs rather than simply making a sale. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain features clearly, and ensure I felt confident in my purchase. Their professionalism and customer-first attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s not often you come across such dedicated service, and I truly believe they are strong assets to your team. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for their recognition.
