We reached out to get a washing machine looked at and repaired three weeks ago. An appointment was easily made, but when the time came two days later, no one showed up. After 2.5 hours, they called to let us know their van had broken down and we'd need to reschedule. Over the next 12 days, employees either showed up with no appointment, or worse, showed up at the wrong house to make a repair that was meant for someone else. Finally, an employee came at an agreed upon time but had no idea why he'd been sent. Upon realizing what the needed repair was and looking in his van for the part, he told us he would need to run to their store to get the part, then return to install it. That soon turned into "we don't actually have the part, but we'll order it and install it in 4-5 days." Now it's, "There have been delays due to the holiday weekend and the recent severe weather complicating other deliveries." Meanwhile, we're doing laundry at laundromats (which costs money) or begging friends to use their washers. This type of service is truly mind blowing - and not in a good way. Communities need successful small businesses to thrive. No one wants a world full of faceless, corporate, big box stores. Sadly this experience has been the opposite of that in every conceivable way. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I've been using Moran's for 15 years - always had great service and their prices on new appliances meets or beats the box stores, but you get service with your purchase.

Never had a problem with Morans! Been with them for many years! Always satisfied! They pick up and deliver which you don't find many small businesses do today! Love this place! Very reasonable too!

Called these guys when my washer wasn’t working right. The owner told it was a common issue and they ordered the part. After 7 weeks of me calling and only getting excuses from them, and an appointment that they never showed up for or even knew about, I went somewhere else. This place had terrible customer service for me and would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

In a time when we're told to support small business this place makes it easy to understand why more people turn to the big box stores. $120 "service" call for an elderly lady for a refrigerator filling with water. The "tech" shut off the water supply to the ice maker and left. Didn't diagnose any further. Didn't look at obvious symptoms. Owner says *he stands by his repairman"... Who did nothing. 5 minutes online figured out the problem. Don't bother supporting a business that could not care less.
