Called Saturday morning about 8ish and they understood urgency of the situation and by 11am the dryer was evaluated, part obtained and repaired. Billy went above and beyond expectations… excellent customer service and very personable too.

From beginning to end, a great experience. Ordered a full package with Desiree, she was great. Appliances came in quickly and was put right on schedule. Jonah and Tanner came and dropped them off, both of them were professional and really invested in making sure floors, door ways and appliances all were not damaged. Wouldn’t shop elsewhere. 10/10

Great service from Josh and Patrick who delivered and set up my new dryer. It was also Josh's birthday. Thank you so much. Also thank you to the girls in naugatuck location who help in finding me the right dryer and made sure it would fit thru my doorways. Great people to work with. Highly recommend them. Thanks to all.

We had a technician (Daeshaun) come to our house on 12/17/25. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. As a gay man sometimes having strange people entering your safe space can feel a bit overwhelming and this experience was anything but. He was professional, kind, & extremely helpful. Go to Ferrari’s FIRST! Customer for Life. Emily and Heather saved the day after a terrible experience with another local appliance repair service. Frustrated that my only choice was to purchase a new washing machine, Emily steered me to the Speed Queen, which was my first choice after extensive research. Model dependent 3,5, & 7 year parts and service warranty are Best in Class. Heather secured a faithful Customer for life by providing next day delivery and free take away.
