Support local! I will never buy an appliance elsewhere. Dave and his team went above and beyond to help me repair my washer machine when I was only days away from giving birth and stressed about not having a washer by the time baby came. I called desperate to just get something new off the floor and Dave helped me get the right part and the machine fixed straight away. He isn’t interested in just selling you appliances- he cares about your family and circumstances and what’s right for you. His team is also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough.

Associated Appliance is a great business to work with! Dave Pia is very professional, responsive and fair. He will give you honest information about any appliance and recommend the very best for the customer. We had to replace our washing machine this week and could not be happier with the new machine! The guys who came and installed the washer were also knowledgeable, professional and arrived on time. Associated Appliance is the place for all appliance needs! Highly recommend them!

Dave and his staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to bring our family a Thanksgiving miracle. They were at my home to see what my problem was with GE Profile oven +2 weeks before the holiday. It was not able to stay hot, took an hour to preheat to 400, just unacceptable. I did not check my personal email to view their repair quote for +2 weeks or more. This was my fault of course. When I called to follow up on the repair, they made multiple calls to vendors to overnight express the part I needed. They promised to be here 3-5pm on the day before Thanksgiving! Arrived at 5pm, however the part did not arrive. They brought a part from a floor model hoping it would work. NOPE. Have no fear, Phillip arranged w/ Dave to get me a LOANER OVEN so we can still host Thanksgiving!!! WHO DOES THAT??!!! NOT a big box store! They were here until 7pm, brought my useless oven to my garage and a BRAND NEW Frigidaire 5 burner stainless gas stove installed!! They will come back and remove the old oven. I am keeping this awesome oven and just received the invoice, very reasonably priced. They were very kind and ready to make sure I was a happy customer. Please folks, support local family run businesses. They will have your back, every single time. Thank you to Dave Pia, Phillip & Gary! I am a customer for life and tell anyone who needs an appliance to go see you.

Support your local business. Associated Appliance holds true to customer service from sales to repairs. Sometimes as a consumer it can be overwhelming when trying to find the right business to shop from. There is nothing better than knowing that you are dealing with a company who is not only understanding but truly has their customers interest at heart.
