Appliance Factory Outlet

Brian the sale Rep was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Fridge I purchased. Martin the delivery guy, was very friendly, and made sure everything was correct before he left. Both employees of the Appliance factory are very respectful. It's always nice to have kind and respectful people help you out. I Love my new fridge! I recommend this appliance factory to anyone!

I had a great experience working with Mike Couchman at the 84th location. Mike helped me purchase our new GE profile stove and hood. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand what we were looking for. We are very happy with the overall experience, and I would highly recommend Appliance Factory.

I was shopping for a new oven for my elderly parents. Parker went above and beyond to help us with options to take back to them so they wouldn’t have to drive out to the store. He even printed off the options. Took it to my folks and they were able to make a decision that day. Purchased on Sunday and had it in their home on Friday. Andy from the delivery team was prompt and professional. Took 27 min from start to finish. Called the day before in the early evening to advise of timing window. No surprises. And so pleasant.

I placed an order online, the next morning I received a call from John I believe to complete the sale. I had to reschedule my appointment but the fact that they were still on time the day I couldn’t accept it was amazing. But the gentleman who delivered my products did an amazing job. They were professional and efficient. My washer and dryer were hooked up properly. This is the second time I’ve purchased appliances from the Sable location and both times I’ve had great experience and on time delivery.
