I came to this store months ago with a lot of questions and was helped by Justin, who was very patient and helpful. I couldn't buy a refrigerator that day because we still had to have our flooring repaired, but I didn't anticipate that taking months. When they were finally done, I walked back into the store and we picked up right where we had left off. He even matched a deal I saw at a big box store on delivery and haul away. Justin was great. We don't have the frig yet and I might update once we get it installed, but I can't say enough nice things about the in store service I received and I felt really confident buying from him.

This is our first time purchasing at an Appliance Factory, so we didn't really know how the processes worked, but we worked with Itza and she was a PHENOMENAL help in making the whole process quick and easy! I am posting this here because this location/company was involved in our Appliance Factory Outlet experience. We purchased a brand-new $5,000+ GE Monogram freezer that never worked from day one. The sales process was positive, but once there was a problem, the customer service experience was awful. We were left without a working kitchen freezer for weeks, had to deal with service windows and poor communication, and ultimately had to resolve the matter through a credit card chargeback. I would strongly recommend doing your research and reading reviews carefully before buying from Appliance Factory Outlet.
