To be honest, stores like this we usually avoid because you feel like guys are just trying to sell you what you don't want, so we weren't looking forward to coming in here. We walked in, didn't see what we wanted and were about to leave. Then Jim came over and just asked if we had any other questions, so we asked about available dishwashers to replace ours. He quickly showed us what he had, including the 'scratch and dent' stuff and, when we didn't see anything on hand that we wanted, there was no push or over selling. He just asked if there was anything more he could help us with. So we asked to find out if they had anything else at another store. He looked it up, found exactly what we wanted and had it waiting for us at the warehouse that day! Now we've already gone back to him for our clothes washer, as it is going out and he found another great deal far better than the other locations. Don't know about the rest of the guys there, but Jim is the guy we'll ask for!

Great experience with Rick Rutiaga. Highly recommend this location for his detailed knowledge of everything you need to know about the appliances in the store. He has your best interest in mind, led us to the perfect purchase with no BS or time wasting. It was my husband and I that took forever to make up our minds! Rick is honest and worked every direction to find the perfect fridge for our budget. This store is lucky to have him. We did shop around for a couple of weeks and Appliance Factory had the best variety, prices and extremely fair delivery rates.

We had an amazing experience with Julie at the Littleton store. She was friendly, efficient and very helpful when we picked out a dryer. This is our third purchase at this store and we are extremely satisfied every time. Their hospitality when you walk in is so refreshing! Keep up the great work all! We will be back in the near future to buy a mattress.

We had an outstanding experience with Jim at Appliance Factory Warehouse in Littleton. We came in looking for a floor model refrigerator, and Jim immediately took the time to really understand what we needed. He asked thoughtful, relevant questions about location, size, typical use, water hookups, and more- nothing felt rushed or scripted. He walked us through three solid options, and honestly, I ended up upselling myself because the recommendations were that good. There was zero sales pressure the entire time, just helpful, knowledgeable guidance. On top of that, he even found us a $50 rebate we didn’t know about. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
