I had spent a couple of days looking for a new washer & dryer. I had gone to three different places but returned to Appliance Factory because the young man I worked with, Nathan, was so great. He gave me a couple of brands to look at along with valuable information concerning delivery, installation, haul away of the old set & extended warranties on both the washer & dryer. He did not pressure me in anyway & I returned the next day to place my order. I feel very comfortable with my decision to go with your company! I would like Nathan recognized for his great salesmanship!

We bought a dishwasher and a microwave on Saturday and we're told it would be here Monday and they would call us Monday comes and no call I have to call them and they tell me their shuttle is having maintenance issues and it should be here the next day Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes and no call. I wait until Thursday to call again and the associate I spoke to was very rude. I understand that natural disasters happen and that's it of anyone's control but you can at least speak to your customers with some respect and if it's an unforseen circumstance causing the products they've purchased to be delayed at lest reach out and give them an update

I purchased a Cafe’ appliance package from Jay. It was an incredible experience! He is extremely knowledgeable and didn’t hard sell me at all. Just gave me solid details on different appliances. He’s also a kitchen designer and chef. That certainly contributes to his overall knowledge and expertise in what will really work for his clients. Thank you Jay! I greatly appreciate your help and support all along the way. You delivered on everything we discussed!

I could give this place 0 stars, or negative stars. I would. I don't know what call 20 different times early. In the morning at 9 o'clock, when they very first opened, could not get anyone to answer the calls called again. In the evening, still, the same result tried this for days in a row with no response. After about a week of trying to contact them. Finally, got someone to answer and ask them about the warranty on my washer was assured that somebody would get ahold of me within 48 hours to schedule. Having it fixed, it has been a week was still no response went into the store to see what was going on was told that since my salesperson was not in no one else could give me any information that they only handle people's cases that they sell to and no one else is. Person at the store was very rude.Short and could care less about my situation. I'm told that it could take forty eight hours or if a part was on back order up 6 months or longer to get my wash machine fixed as I have six children at home.This is very inconvenient to not be able to do our laundry and have to go to a laundry mat.When I paid for the extended warranty, do not recommend anyone going there purchasing anything.
