I reported them to Better Business!! Upon purchasing a refrigerator I had problems the following day. I was told I had a warranty. Every time I call I was given every excuse, to where they will not return or take my calls. "Bailey" from part is the biggest excuse giver. They went as far as saying repair person was on his way BUT he had family death when he was on his way to repair there mess. So disgusted how they take advantage of customers whom go into the store with good attentions & be taken advantaged of. you and ALL your staff should be ashamed, and make good on your promises. Better yet close your doors.

I contacted the company when we bought a dryer. We paid 650 + tax. Told them we could not transport. So we paid their fee for delivery and installation. The dryer didnt work that dad. I contacted them. Their response was for me to pull it out and re hook it up (though I paid for this service). I was given the run around and told to keep trying. I reached put again no response. This isnt a pressing manner for them because they have my money. It is pressing for my family who is out 800$ and still has no dryer. I am waiting for them to fix this (which we all know they wont) im sure they will come give me a reason its my fault. Little do they know colorado is a 1 person record state. I record everything since its the way of the world. And AI is super cool it will help you file court motions. Point if the review is to inform people to ignore the bot reviews and hear the truth from a colorado citizen just trying to buy a washer and dryer.
