First time visit; BIG time impressed! I was fortunate to have Ashley help me learn about and consider wall ovens. The abilities of these common appliances are astounding, and only by talking to Ashley was I able to comprehend why spending a little more money can provide so much more in benefits. She also helped me know how I can save money and make a well informed decision. Kudos to Ashley and to an appliance store with such educated, caring reps!!

We are small business owners who came to purchase several appliances for our new physical location. We were on a tight budget and Virginia spent so much time trying to make sure we found the best appliances for our needs at the best prices available. Honestly, we walked in thinking that we knew exactly what we wanted to purchase but we left confident that she had helped us choose better appliances for better prices. Wayde was an excellent help with purchasing a washer and dryer. We were already pretty set on the brand. He listened diligently and got us exactly what we were looking for. We were in and out with a great deal, warranty, and delivery package within 30min! So grateful for his efficiency and active listening. I highly recommend this appliance store. It is our second time purchasing, and we will be back for our fridge.

From start to finish Appliance Factory was a wonderful experience. I'm so glad we had Charlie for our salesman. He was patient and kind and extremely knowledgable about the all the appliances. He carefully explained all the features and gave us quite a few options. When we finally decided on one unit he searched his list to get us the best deal. Then Charlie worked really hard to get the earliest delivery date. Landon was the delivery installation guy and he was amazing. He was quick, efficient and very skilled at what he does. From start to finish our entire experience was professional and friendly. A perfect combination.
