Affordable Used Appliances

Aaron is the RUDEST person ever. There was an issue with an oven we received and was super calm and reasonable about it. Anytime we go to the store or when we receive calls from Aaron, it’s the worst! Nate is absolutely fantastic, but sadly we have dealt with Aaron more times than Nate. Give Nate a promotion, get Aaron away from the customers.

🛑Updated🛑 The washer I bought here broke beyond repair within ONLY 9 months. Had to replace the whole washer as a repair was going to cost the same ($800+). Don’t buy used appliances here!!! Originally left this review for a discount: The staff was very helpful. I found just the washer and dryer that I needed in the used section with Eithan. I also got a great deal on a close out Dreamcloud mattress that Kelly helped me with. Good deals, great staff!

I have been shopping at this store for years now for appliances and parts whether it was for myself family or friends! So when the Dishwasher quit working I knew where to go. After evaluating that the replacement part would be more than the price of a Dishwasher the store had in inventory the choice was easy and thanks to store manager Teylor Voss-Parris! We now have an excellent affordable used dishwasher up and running washing dishes in less than a day! From the bottom of the Havens Family's Hearts thank you for your excellent customer service, knowledge and explanation of your appliances for sale in your inventory, patience in not rushing the customer in choosing the appliance that works for them and last but not least your kindness and understanding that you showed me by giving me an extra discount when I told you I was going through hard times and money was tight! Keep up the Great work Teylor and Thank You Sir! Sincerely Bobby Havens=CUSTOMER FOR LIFE🤑😎👍
