Ace Hardware Uintah Gardens

My husband and I were in the store yesterday, and Ticia was SOOO helpful! All our questions were throughly answered. Such a great customer service experience, compared to any other place (Lowe’s or Home Depot) where we have gone to in the past. I will definitely be returning to this store specifically because of the outstanding quality of service! Thanks Ticia 😁

I’m so grateful to have this store in my neighborhood! They have a great staff that always helps me figure out whatever I need to get the job done. Tisha and Patty are absolutely top-notch! Gold stars for these ladies!!! Tisha is my go to woman there because she never fails me and helps get what I need quick! I love when Patty is cashiering. She always takes an extra minute to pet my dog and give her a bone. She’s very kind and gives great customer service!

I have been buying nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, hoses, fittings, dowels, keys, paint, putty, caulk, sand paper, electrical items, and other even smaller and more esoteric hardware items from this store for over 30 years. I refuse to register for a discount card because ACE makes little enough profit from me as it is (if any.) I always comment to the check-out that hardware is what fastens civilization together, and that they are an essential part of it. Yesterday the cashier asked if I was having a good day. I responded that any day I could get 21 matching nuts, bolts, and washers all in the same bag for under $5.00 was an excellent day. One particular stand-out among the Uintah store employees is Dave. Dave mixed Sherwin Williams paint for me for a few decades whilst I was a painting contractor, and my hair was as brown as his still is now. Dave did countless "paint" favors for me through those years. Few among us are as well-rounded nor as genial as he, I must say.

Yes! Our neighborhood go-to Hardware Store, and not just the DIY locals like myself - but contractors who are working on projects on the West side as well and who, like me, hate driving across town to a big box store. Always get Exceptional Customer Service, and the ACE Rewards are really nice perk too. Great store, well stocked, with knowledgeable and friendly staff - just like the old days. 5 thumbs up for the Uintah Gardens Ace Hardware Store!

I really like this hardware store! They have an amazing selection! Their customer service is fantastic! They make fresh popcorn for customers to eat, while they shop! They made keys for my Subaru Outback! Their key making department is amazing! They have so many choices and can make keys for cars, houses, etc! They make the keys to the newer cars with the electronic buttons and the prices are much better than the dealership! They didn’t carry the key to my car, so they special ordered it! Julie was so friendly and worked to ensure that the key worked perfectly, she checked it and then double checked it! Travis helped, when my car decided to be fussy! I left a very happy customer! Thank You, Julie and Travis! 😁 They have hard to find cleaning supplies! They carry all the nuts and bolts, nails, etc. They have cabinet pulls. They carry plumbing and electrical supplies. They carry stuff for the garden and everything to winterize your home! They carry Yankee Candle products. They have cooking supplies. If you can’t find something, ask! If they don’t have it, they can probably order it! You must really come in and look around! This is the hardware store of years ago, you will not go for minutes after minutes without seeing an employee. This is the friendly Ace Hardware Store that you went to years ago, with all the advantages of modern check outs and rapid special orders.
