All appliances give up the ghost at some point..after 17 years, my Kenmore Elite died 2 days before Thanksgiving, 2023. Ryan at Dryden’s had just what I wanted, a Speed Queen Commercial Heavy Duty front loader (the best in my opinion). He and Logan delivered and installed it promptly the very next day. Courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The machine ended up with a manufacturer defect and with Ryan’s support and Wright’s Appliances trying everything, the defect couldn’t be fixed. Ryan diligently stayed on top of the Speed Queen rep and now a replacement has been delivered and installed. I highly recommend this small town business that still has integrity, quality and follow-through. You can’t get that at a big box store!

Our 20+ yr. old double wall oven (Whirpool Gold) completely gave out. We weren't interested in the big box store deals for an appliance; they look like good deals but have poor ratings. Besides, most will deliver but won't install. We needed someone who was not only knowledgeable, but well-researched. Ryan did not disappoint. No high pressure sales. Excellent customer service and installation. Dryden's has earned our loyalty.
