We had an outstanding experience working with Victor at Mountain High Appliance while planning our complete kitchen remodel. Shopping for a kitchen’s worth of appliances can be overwhelming, but Victor made the process enjoyable and stress-free. His knowledge of the different brands, product lines, and features was incredible. He took the time to explain the differences between models, discuss the pros and cons of each option, and give honest insight into what we could expect in terms of performance and longevity. We never felt pressured into buying the most expensive option - instead, he helped us prioritize our “must-haves” versus our “nice-to-haves” so we could make the best decisions for our budget and lifestyle. Whenever we had questions, Victor was able to quickly pull up specifications and compare products, making it easy to evaluate our options. Throughout the process, he was an invaluable sounding board as we worked through decisions. As our project came together, Victor also did a fantastic job communicating with the installation team and helping coordinate our unique project needs, which gave us so much peace of mind. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely invested in helping you make informed decisions, I can’t recommend Victor highly enough. Our family has been going to Mountain High Appliance for years. There is a reason that folks always go back and not reach out for appliances at other places that may be a bit less expensive. The reason? The people! I was in need of a new washer and dryer and walked in and was immediately greeted by Nate. He even was kind enough when he found out I had come for so many years if I had a particular sales rep I wanted to work with. Now, first off, how good is that.....as I'm pretty sure all employees work off of a commission! I was impressed. Honesty is a critical component of having customers return time and time again. Nate was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. I figured it would take a while for me to decide and with Nates expertise, I had my mind made up within probably 15 minutes. The folks at Mountain High Appliance are superb and I highly recommend them.

This was almost a 1-star very bad review, but Mountain High Appliance came through in the end and made things right and made me a very happy customer. After serious issues with the warranty company (NEVER use Epic warranty company), MH Appliance helped me get a new washing machine. Victor was amazing to work with and made sure to put me at the top of the list after being without a washing machine for 2 weeks. I appreciate a company standing behind itself and helping their customers because I know the products you sold me initially are having issues out of your control. Thank you for doing the right thing Mountain High Appliance!
