I had to replace my built-in refrigerator and dreaded going to a big box store. Baker Borthers handled the whole transaction over the phone. They asked for photos of my built-in and the model #, my budget.They found exactly what I was looking for. The installation was amazing- so professional, timely. They snail-mailed my paperwork with a hand-written thank you note and gave me the option of mailing a check or calling with a card. Old school - yes! And BTW, during Covid when my old refrigerator failed yet again, I called them and they delivered a mini-fridge to me within hours.

Honestly I couldn’t have had a more perfect experience with Baker Brothers. They had the Speed Queen models we requested without any kind of obnoxious markup, and they did not charge a delivery fee! They provided NEW hoses, and only charged $20 to take our old appliances. Honestly the fact that they waived the delivery fee was our selling point. Debbie was very helpful on the phone and the gentleman that delivered the washer and dryer was friendly and helpful and quick! Debbie also left directions to help apply for the company rebate on the dryer. I would give this place 100 stars if I could! 💕 Thank you Debbie and Baker Brothers!

We needed some hard-to-find gas ranges STAT. We checked Best Buy, Lowe's, Home Depot, no one had them in stock and the earliest delivery was three weeks out. Baker Brothers had them in stock, and delivered and installed the next day. On top of everything, they were professional, courteous, and communicative. Guess who we'll be calling first from now on?
