She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and truly cares about her customers. She took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to help me make the right decisions. Her professionalism and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. It's rare to find someone who provides this level of service. Our company has been ordering from WDC for years... I'm guessing 100 appliances or more... recently I've had issues with the customer service and deliveries. Prices can be higher than Lowes but it was worth it to us for the easy orders and deliveries... but after my experience this week we will be working with Lowes going forward. I understand things happen but to also be treated poorly in the middle of a situation when they (Alex) could have very easily fixed the situation and made a long time customer happy...I no longer want to spend my money there. I guess as long as things are smooth they are fine... but I'm no longer happy with their service.

I was in the market for a new Over the Range microwave . The Kichen Aid model I was interested in, was not on display yet. Grace and the manager Chanell were extreme knowledgeable and helpful. Grace spent sooo much time with the new model on line that I was interested in. I really felt that they both really cared , and I got personal attention. Grace and Channel We’re fantastic . I will definitely order my other appliances that I may need in the future. Thank you WDC.

Great experience shopping for my new appliances and also bought a new mattress and box spring. I had a little issue with my new stove by Chanelle jumped in and took care of it. I'm so happy and pleased and so in love with my new products! Great customer service, everyone so nice and attentive. I definitely recommend WDC! ♥️
