I’ve used DNE Appliance Repair recently for my dryer and had a very positive experience. The technician was very experienced and it showed in how quickly he identified the issue. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The repair was done efficiently and the pricing was reasonable. I also appreciated how respectful he was of my home, keeping everything clean during and after the service. It’s not easy to find reliable and honest service these days, but this company definitely delivered. I would highly recommend them.🥰

This is a fraudulent company. They are performing bait and switch tactics. Inhadeca dryer problem. The tech came out and said it was just a simple control unit issue. He said he fixed it and problem resolved to me. Then it broke down the next day. I called them back and they sent another tech out. He diagnosed the problem as the control unit needed. replacement. So they wanted $314 dollars more. This is what the first tech should have done is diagnose the problem. The second tech agreed with me and said it was wrong for the company he worked for to do this. I have his statement recorded. Please beware of this company's criminal tactics. I have called the district attorney and spoke with a person who takes fraud calls. Case pending for now. Be aware of these scams!! Update just received a case number from the district attorneys office.
