Generous Appliance

Do not use this company. A technician came out, told me they couldn't fix my appliance, and left... then charged me $95 anyway. I never signed any work order authorizing payment for services that were never rendered. Had to hire another company to actually fix the problem. When I tried to dispute the charge they still fought to keep the money. Complete scam. Save yourself the headache and call literally anyone else.
