My dryer was making a thumping sound so I was pretty sure a wheel needed to be replaced. Frank came out and explained that there were 6 wheels and that they would all need to be replaced. Since my dryer was at least 11 years old it wasn’t worth the cost of the repairs. I asked if we could just replace the one making the noise so I could use it until I buy a new one. He contacted the office and they approved the repairs, but with no warranty. I was thankful to have a working dryer and really appreciated this. Frank was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I work from home, and he had to work right outside my office, yet he didn't disturb my workflow at all. Frank was also very nice to meet when he handled the initial evaluation of the broken dryer. I also have to mention that Kelley was extremely thoughtful and let me know if I had time to run out to the grocery store quickly before Victor arrived, even calling me back unprompted to get me that information. This team might be small, but they have BIG talent and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance repair or maintenance in SCV.
