We have used World appliance for several years now and they have always been a great job. On a day when it was over 100°, Frank came out right away, diagnosed a problem with our A/C that could not see myself, and we had the part ordered and installed the next day. Great service and quick turnaround. Five stars 🤩

My dryer was making a thumping sound so I was pretty sure a wheel needed to be replaced. Frank came out and explained that there were 6 wheels and that they would all need to be replaced. Since my dryer was at least 11 years old it wasn’t worth the cost of the repairs. I asked if we could just replace the one making the noise so I could use it until I buy a new one. He contacted the office and they approved the repairs, but with no warranty. I was thankful to have a working dryer and really appreciated this. Frank was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I scheduled an appointment for a dishwasher diagnostic test, and the service was excellent. The technician (Victor) performed a thorough inspection, quickly identified the issue causing the problem, and explained everything clearly. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs.

We got our appointment to have our refrigerator repaired within two days. Not only was the appointment set up quickly, the service we received was top notch.
