Great products and great customer support. I bought a slicer that arrived damaged from the shippers. Guess they thought it was a soccer ball?? Just a few minutes on the live chat with Susan (Support rep) and the new parts where on the way. I totally recommend them for your high end kitchen machines!

After years of purchasing cheap bone saws, of which I have 4 now... This is absolute worth the price I paid!! We use the saw every morning cutting up frozen beef for our Cane Corso pack... Most recently we had 29 puppies that were eating 60 pounds of beef a day! Plus the rest of my dogs also eat an additional 30 pounds a day... So, with much appreciation we thank you for your great product!! With Love From the Puppy Pack!

They do not return calls, I have not received any tracking information for my order. I will NEVER buy anything else from them and I’m about to spend a lot of $$ on equipment for a deer processing business. Absolutely horrible customer service

I am So Happy I went with KWS for my slicer (MS-12 DS) I was looking at a few other brands. All were 10", low watts. I found one 12" slicer, also low watts, kinda looked like a toy, and cost more! I ordered on 9/9, and it was delivered today 9/10...unreal!! I haven't used it yet but it is a Beast! I'm not a slicer expert, I have used a few in the past! This one is solid! I definitely will look at KWS, for any other kitchen supplies I'll need!
