We've gone to Appliance Alley a couple times and they've always been great. Our first experience with Johnny was so positive that we went back when we did a complete kitchen remodel and needed all new appliances. Kurt then helped us get set up with all the models we were looking for and gave us a great price. Good people and great to have a local appliance shop that you can count on.

I have always bought my appliances from big box stores, where sales rep usually shrugs if I ask if it's a good appliance. When my GE washer died after 3 years, I knew I wanted an electrolux washer as a replacement. I found Appliance Alley on their website as a distributor. That morning I went down there to see what they could do. Parking was easy, and I was greeted by three employees when I walked in. They let me browse and answered my questions. The salesperson brought up the comparison between the different models and let me know which ones were in stock. After a little while, I made an informed decision and bought the washer for a great price. What was even better was they had it delivered and installed the SAME DAY! The delivery fee was an extra charge, but they only charged $15 for haul away. It was so refreshing buying from a local business with tons of knowledge. I will be returning for all my appliance needs.

Customer service is terrible. They might offer good prices and I love supporting small local businesses but I won’t be ordering from them again. It took almost 3 weeks to arrange a delivery for a washer. I was told the vendor would reach out prior to delivery, that never happened. I had to call AA to see when we could expect delivery, they told us that it would be the next day between 10-2 and would call when they were finishing up their previous job before heading our way. The scheduled time came and went and we never received a phone call. I called again shortly after 2 to see when they were coming and they told me they called (confirmed they had the wrong number) and knocked on our door - but no one ever called or knocked. No apology, just offered to reschedule it for 4 days out, just to start the process all over again. Pay a little more to go with a trusted big name, faster in house delivery and ease your head ache dealing with them!

The folks in Appliance Alley did a wonderful job in customer service. From the selection process to final delivery, Johnny was very attentive and streamlined the entire process. Getting a replacement refrigerator for our condo was a challenge that led us down an exhausting cycle of selections and rejections. Thankfully, Appliance Alley made it simple. After 3 agonizing weeks, they resolved our issue in 3 days (I’m still flabbergasted). Lastly, I’d like give a huge “thank you” to Jose and Patricio for their professionalism. They were fantastic, worked quickly, and navigated the entire installation with ease. I couldn’t be happier with my experience purchasing from them.

Summary: Lower prices than Costco and much better delivery & installation. Details: Complete kitchen remodel with all Bosch appliances purchased and delivery arrangements made via telephone & online from 500-miles away. Customer service from Rey was tops. Kitchen appliances delivered to my condo and sat covered for months due to construction delays. I paid for installation but my kitchen remodel crew ended up installing the appliances. The installation charge I paid was easily converted to a store credit. A few months later I applied this credit to the purchase/delivery/installation of a LG Washer/Dryer tower. I was on site for the delivery and installation by Appliance Alley employees. Very tight staircase clearance with multiple turns. Freshly painted surfaces everywhere. Not a single ding or scrape. Impressive. I highly recommend Appliance Alley👍
