I can't say enough good about the service we received from Dewey's Appliances last week.! Alex Haynes went to bat for us when we complained about a frustrating problem with our water filter housing unit in our relatively new fridge. He made sure that the damaged part was replaced and that the service fee for installing it was waived. He restored our faith in Dewey's, where we have bought almost all of our appliances for the past 20+ years. Our washer died and so we contacted Howard’s where we purchased the washer, but it went out of business. So by good fortune we found Dewey’s because everything went very smoothly. No high pressure, just forthright information and past experience options. The delivery and installation fellows were great as well. I would definitely go back there again. Life doesn’t need drama and unpleasant surprises from an appliance purchase and dealer, just straight forward good, reliable service. All is well.
