Zajic Appliance Service and Sales

My husband had called prior to visiting the store for information on the type of washers they had. We were pleased to have gotten a great sales rep, he showed us washers, explained difference on features amongst the brand we were going to purchase. The variety of items they had were all great. We were pleased with the attentive service provided and informative. We will be back to obtain a fridge, stove, microwave, dish washer and a built in oven as everything in our new-old home needs replacement.

I was looking for a Speed Queen washer and dryer yesterday. My husband called a few places yesterday and one place in old town Elk Grove, said that they were on back order for a month, for their Speed Queen washer and dryer's. Saying they are in high demand now. Other places either had Speed Queen washer in stock but dryer had to be ordered. Then the dryer wouldn't come in for a few weeks. My husband called Zajic and they had the Speed Queen washer and dryer I was looking for. I asked my husband when he came back from Zajic how the inventory was for, not just speed queen but other brands. He said it was huge so for those looking for a Speed Queen or any other brand. I would highly recommend going to Zajic for your washer and dryer. Also if you're able to bring in your old washer and dryer, they will get rid of for you. Not sure how much delivery cost. I did ask my husband how the stuff was that he interacted with. He said that they were friendly and polite very helpful. I'm rating a five star do too the fact that they have a huge inventory of not just Speed Queen but other brands as well. They were professional, helpful and polite. My husband and I will be looking to go back for future purchases.

Incredibly rude, discourteous, and no regard for customer's time or requests. I'm a renter so I can't speak for their prices, but I've had 2 subpar experiences with this company and their customer service. The first disheartening experience was when they came for a service request. Best they would give me was a 4 hour window when they would arrive, so I of course planned my day around it. The guy showed up more than 30 mins early banging on my door! I was just getting out of shower so this was super stressful, understandably. When I told him he was early, he said yeah he had a cancellation and didn't want to mess his schedule up. When I told him my time was also valuable, he ignored that and barged in, and immediately started to try to play with my cat, who was annoyed lol. He was fully unprepared and actually asked me to use my own house vacuum and supplies to clean out the fridge, which I wasn't entirely comfortable with. He decided he didn't want to do the cleaning and said he would request a new fridge, which was ideal for me but after he left I just felt really uncomfortable with his generally rude and arrogant presence in my home. But today was even worse. Trying to set up a delivery time for the new fridge, I asked for a time window because I'd have to take off work. Again, arrogant and rude over the phone. He said roughly 10-2pm. I said I needed a firm timeframe. He then started questioning ME, how far I live from work, questions that are none of his business and I just said, I need a firm timeframe. He then proceeded to tell me that HE didn't like MY attitude and MY tone, and that we wouldn't deliver my fridge. The nerve! Moral of the story, don't choose this business if your time and sense of comfort and respect is important to you. I found the men here to be arrogant, self-centered, rude and condescending.

Unprofessional Service and Poor Communication I ordered a washer and dryer from Zajic Appliance and experienced unacceptable service at every turn. The ordering process was incomplete - no one inquired about the location of my appliances within my home, a basic detail for delivery planning. On delivery day, the driver called me with a 30-minute arrival window, only to appear 2.5 hours later with zero communication about the delay. Upon arrival, the delivery person became visibly agitated when informed the units were upstairs - information that should have been collected during purchase. He called for assistance since he was alone, then disappeared for 45 minutes without updating me on the situation. When I offered to find help to expedite the process, he refused. Concerned about meeting work obligations, I called the store for assistance. Rather than addressing my legitimate concerns, the store representative deflected responsibility by explaining the delivery person was “grumpy because he has to wait for help and it’s pushing out his other appointments.” This demonstrates a concerning pattern of blaming customers for their operational failures. To make matters worse, they failed to install the dryer properly, which immediately tripped the circuit breaker when tested. Instead of resolving this issue, they left without fixing it. So not only was their service unprofessional, but the installation itself was incomplete and potentially hazardous. If you value reliability, communication, and professional service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your appliance needs. EDIT: After their departure, I discovered property damage from the installation. This further demonstrates their carelessness and lack of professionalism, as they neither documented nor took responsibility for damage caused during their service.
