River City Appliance Repair & Part Sales

We bought a washer from Lowe's with a warranty and two years later it was time to use the warranty. Lowe's sent this appliance repair shop and all three visit the technician Joe couldn't fix the washer. He said he ordered a new part yet when he installed it the washer didn't even turn on. Mind you this is on the third visit. We're now a month and 1/2 with no indication when we're going to get our washer fixed. We had at least a quick wash setting for small loads but that no longer works after he put the old part back. Literally leaving us to call back to warranty and to get another company that's highly recommended over this shop. I would never recommend this company for any service work because they literally suck!

I am so happy with the service that river city appliance provided! I needed to have my washing machine repaired & they came out immediately. The 2 technicians were so knowledgeable, professional, & friendly! They explained exactly what was going on with the problem & took care of it! This was the first time I used this business for my appliance repair, & I will always call them for any appliance repair in the future!

Great experience, same day service. I called River City Appliances because my wife sometimes smelled gas when our stove burners were on low. Sometimes hard to light, also. Josh came out same day and explained the lighting was fine, he adjusted the low setting so it didn’t go out. Great services at a good price. Thank you!

Incredibly fast service. They scheduled me to receive service the very next day. Joe, the tech, was efficient and resolved the issue. He was also very kind. I’m grateful because the previous company, Lake Appliances, who was originally supposed to fix our dryer, rescheduled our appointment twice. We didn’t have a dryer for 3 weeks! This company was a relief!
