After reading so many great reviews, I decided to purchase refurbished appliances from Appliance Warehouse—and I’m so glad I did. Over the past two months, I’ve purchased 13 appliances (mostly refrigerators and stoves) for my apartment rentals, and the experience has been excellent. Out of all 13 appliances, only two needed minor repairs, and both were taken care of within five days of scheduling service through the warranty. That level of responsiveness gave me a lot of confidence in both their products and their customer service. Every delivery has been quick, and the entire team has been professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Peyton has been incredibly helpful in the showroom, making the purchasing process smooth and answering all of my questions. Nate, Nathan, and Chucky have delivered several appliances to my properties and have always been punctual, careful, and respectful. Chris, who handled the warranty repairs, has been communicative, kind, and efficient throughout the process. The quality of their refurbished appliances has exceeded my expectations, especially considering the value. As a property manager, I’ll definitely continue purchasing from Appliance Warehouse. We purchased a fridge, washer and dryer in may and are happy with them. We have had a couple of maintenance issues but they have been minor and Jojo came out to fix them right away. If you’re okay with used appliances, and don’t mind some trouble shooting this is the place for you. They delivered and installed them for us, and there is a 3 month warranty on maintenance!

Had such a positive experience when purchasing a fridge and washer/dryer for my rental property. Nothing could beat the price I got them for, and it came with great customer service & delivery! Our deliverer Nate was very good at problem solving how to get the fridge in/out with limited space of this older home. Highly recommend their business if you're looking for great quality appliances on a budget!

We've been going to appliance warehouse for our appliance needs for several years. This time we were able to purchase a brand new Samsung Bespoke 4 door fridge with the help of Payton. My mother, Patricia Alexander needed assistance and he was so incredibly kind and patient with her. He even recommended that we go back home and make sure we had the correct measurements. To me this meant he cared more about making sure my mother got the fridge that worked best for her but also fit in our home properly. It wasn't just a sell to him. His kindness and patience towards my mother spoke volumes and we are grateful. We had the fridge delivered the very next day by Nate. Nate was quick and efficient and went above and beyond to make sure our fridge was working properly. It was hot that day and he worked through it with enthusiasm. Between Nate and Payton's kindness you won't ever have to worry about us shopping anywhere else! As for the fridge. She's a beauty and works very well. Looks like Samsung has gotten the hang of things now. Here's to having the beauty of a fridge for many years to come. And cheers to amazing workers at Appliance Warehouse.
