Wow, great no-nonsense experience. Got a great price on a unit with minor side blemishes that would be covered up anyway. Staff was super helpful while not getting in the way. Delivery was next day, and efficient. All around good experience. Thank you!

Adam was great. Tried Best Buy pretty much on you own for features. Tried a few scratch and dent places, great if your really strapped. Adam was very knowledgeable and took time to explain all the brands, options and features and we got a really good price. The delivery and installation guys were helpful also!

We had to replace our washer and dryer after 30 years of great service. We purchased the Speed Queens because of the high reviews. We are so glad we found out about The Appliance Outlier!! Great service and guidance to make the best purchase that would fit our needs. We couldn’t be happier with our buying experience. From ordering to delivery and set up, we were excited to see that this kind of customer service still exists!! Special Thanks to Adam Arevalo for the great service! I will definitely be recommending them in the future. The delivery service and set up went really well and fast, very professional and attention to detail. This team knows what they’re doing for sure. Thanks again
