Bad experience… diagnosis was a bad latch. Per 1st visit from the rec. New one was installed by another washer repair service and it still was not working.. ended up bringing the computer board was rusted due to hot steam replaced that and now is working. $450.00 charged by Sears was a rip off.

Terry and David were both great gentlemen. They knew exactly what they were doing and had my washer up and running within minutes. I would definitely recommend them! 👍🏽

They were very fast very professional knew exactly what they had to do less than 10 minutes my washing machine was working again I 100% recommend these guys

My daughter did the waiting for me because I was at work. But it only took a few .minutes to reset the computer on my washer. Been using this business for many years from when they had the tiny little store.

The technicians are personable and very helpful. I feel like I am working with family members. The front office is efficient and always willing to help me. Top marks for everyone.
