Brian was very helpful in working with me to solve an unusual valve issue. Also had the parts I needed! Good to have an honest and thoughtful technician.~Rick Streeter

I needed a specific part that was difficult to find for my oven. Byron gave me great insight on where to get it and it saved me over $100.00. He took the time even to research it for me. THANKS...

I ended up buying a house and didn’t have ANY appliances to my name. Went shopping around and came across Byron at JBE and I couldn’t be happier. Prompt response, more than fair pricing, and vast inventory. If he didn’t have what you were looking for, he’d find it for you. I ended up buying all my appliances from him for my house and for another project I have going on. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
