Chris and Andrew were absolutely amazing! They were so professional, respectful, friendly, and just genuinely good people. They came into our home with great attitudes and made what could have been a stressful appliance repair feel completely easy and comfortable. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do and take a lot of pride in their work. We had great conversation, they were honest and knowledgeable, and they treated our home and us with so much respect. I also love that it’s a family-owned business… you can really feel that family connection in the way they treat their customers. It’s not every day you come across people who are this kind AND this good at what they do. I seriously can’t recommend Chris and Andrew enough! If you need an appliance repaired, definitely give them a call!

We have done business with Crisp Air for about 10 years. I would highly recommend Crisp, have always trusted them to fix my HVAC ,and several appliances, and NEVER been disappointed. They help us today with our HVAC I called at 4 30 Friday night & he was here by 9 am on Saturday LOVE CRISP AIR and will too. 10 star rating 5 is just not enough!

Chris was great. My fridge frosted over and I couldn’t make a repair reservation through GE for over a week. I called CrispAir and he came the next morning (on a Saturday!) diagnosed the problem with the heating coil and came back the next day to fix it. It turned out we needed a different replacement part, so he got one the next morning and came back to do the repair AND replaced the fan. All during a holiday weekend! Great work and great customer service at a reasonable price. I will definitely be calling again for any HVAC or electrical work needed.
