Rita was very kind and helpful. The older white lady, not so much. I was nothing less of polite and nice, but she was rude and snippy for no reason. Don’t drive your customers away by projecting.

Great store to get all your sewing and quilting needs! The team was all super friendly and helpful in getting me the best deal for my machines. They also regularly hold classes which was great to see when I was there shopping. You can’t go wrong!

I was looking for a new sewing machine and I went to Moore’s to check their stock. The sales associates were very knowledgeable and kind. There was no pressure to buy a machine and they were patient while I figured out my budget. The machine I bought needed to be sent to the store from the warehouse. When I came to the store to pick up the machine, the sales associates were helpful as they explained how the machine works and they encouraged me to try it out in the store. I appreciated the opportunity to use the machine in the store and ask questions to the knowledgeable associates. I will surely return to Moore’s the next time I need a sewing machine. I will also recommend Moore’s to friends.

This store is such a gem. Rita is the person who helped me. She was very kind and a pleasure to deal with. I had my 10 needle serviced, and they did an excellent job. If you’re local, you’re so lucky to have a spot like this close. Moores if you’re listening, we’d love a Temecula location again! It’s truly missed!

My Singer Featherweight machine that I had inherited upon my dear grandmother's death in 1990 had stopped operating. Moore's replaced the cord and cleaned it up. It looks great and runs wonderfully, much better than it had as I hadn't done much to maintain it. It's an oldie, but a goody, and thank you Moore's!
