I hired this HVAC service through my leasing office for a mini split issue involving a water leak and indoor air quality concerns. The technician cleaned only the coil and did not perform a full internal cleaning or inspection of key components such as the blower wheel, drain pan, or drain line. When I requested a more thorough cleaning due to ongoing issues, I was told it would not be done. After the service, the system still appears to have internal buildup and I continue to experience concerns , severe allergies and my dog has seizures ( vet attributed it to environmental triggers ) and I am not able to use the unit. Communication was limited regarding what was actually serviced versus what was needed to fully address the issue. I was not provided with before-and-after documentation or a full explanation of the system’s condition. In my experience, this was a partial service rather than a complete HVAC deep cleaning. I recommend confirming in advance exactly which components will be cleaned and requesting documentation of the work performed. Last two photos : is the state of the mini split prior to “cleaning “ . Great experience overall! We were able to make an appointment same-day when our air conditioner stopped working, just as the weather was heating up. Fernando arrived at our house on-time, assessed the issue, and fixed the issue. He was friendly and explained everything along the way too. Will call them again if/when needed!
