Called them out because my LG dryer wasn’t getting hot. They charged $90 to come out and said that would go toward the service if i went forward. They preceded to tell me that a fuse was out and needed to be replaced, $70 for part $150 for labor so total of $220 plus the $90 total $310. I asked them to show me the part so I could get it myself, he was hesitant l. I told him no thank you. I proceeded to call someone else out and they said only the vent needed to be cleaned out. $40 later the dryer is working properly l. Vladamir is a scam for our neighborhood. We need people we can trust. I will never use them again.

I had a broken fridge that they came to “repair”, they said it was fixed and there was a 90 day warranty. The refrigerator wouldn’t even turn on the same day so I called the next day and the owner kept telling me that he will send someone, day after day, and nobody shows up for the appointments. After calling again he said that he won’t be giving me back my money (400$) and to take him to “court” if I really want my money back. I was kind and patient with the calls, I was merely confused as to why the warranty wasn’t respected or why it was back to back ‘no shows’. This place is a complete scam, don’t waste your money or time here, and rest assured I will continue fighting for my money Matthew.

Amazing service from beginning to end. I used google maps to look for appliance stores near me and found this gem. They have a pretty large selection of appliances. I was looking for a refrigerator and stove for my new place. Lucy was so nice showing me where the prices where located and inquiring about exactly I wanted. I wanted stainless steel. She showed me several choices and gave me a quote for delivery, labor, and removal of old appliances. I left a small deposit and we set up the date and time. The guys who came to delivery where amazing. They not only brought in and hooked up the new stuff. They also took the old stuff out and put it in the garage for me. They worked fast and made sure everything was working and exactly how I wanted. I would give them ten stars if I could. Need good quality appliances, and great service. Vladimir’s is the place.
