NDP Appliances

They delivered a broken fridge, and the delivery guy Richard broke my doorbell camera. Reached out to the owner for weeks. He said they were still "investigating" and he'd have the delivery guys get back to me to "finalize it". Never happened. Finally figured out how to reach Richard, and he said the company does not have insurance and he would get back to me within a few days to personally reimburse me. He then blocked my number. The one star this place deserves is that they came and replaced the broken fridge, so at least there's that.

These people are very very shady 😤. Took my money with no problem Imad Darwish seemed so nice and pretended that the appliances are great condition also telling me that I was getting a brand new stove to find out that I was sold faulty and roach infested appliances. To have my washing machine and dryer delivered, washing machine had adult and baby roaches crawling inside and from under. Also my refrigerator was delivered it was faulty and infested with roaches making a loud noise in the wee hours of the night. My stove was supposed to be brand new Imad lied and delivered a faulty stove that had a foul odor to it along with baby roaches crawling from out of it. Promised an year warranty on all but not wanting to come fix anything. Ammar Darwish is rude and shady as well. The refrigerator leaks water all on my floor, my house is brand new. The drying gets so hot it's burning my clothes, the stove and oven has since went out doesn't work at all. Ammar Darwish isn't coming out to replace the stove. I have kid's under 18 to feed. And this needs to be addressed that they are shady people and the business isn't up to part to be saling ANYTHING. I recommend NOT purchasing from this appliance store. I am looking into something to see how I can deal with these shady brothers.
