I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After purchasing a refrigerator from them, I contacted them because it needed to be inspected and repaired. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they repeatedly made excuses rather than providing assistance.
What was even more upsetting was that my phone number appeared to be blocked, as my calls would not go through. I had to call from a different number just to reach someone. When I finally did get through, I felt rushed off the phone instead of being given the time and attention a paying customer deserves.
As someone who purchased a product from this business, I expected respectful communication and reliable customer service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and would not recommend this company based on their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to support their customers after a sale.
