Update. I didnt realize that I had already used these people in the past and had a dreadful experience. Well, here I am again. The repair guy was 4 hours late, was here for only 30 seconds and diagnosed the problem by sticking his head in my refrigerator. Told me it would be $1,800 to fix and wanted the $95 service fee for his 30 seconds of time. Please reconsider using LB Appliance Repair. 1st time: This place is a joke. Charged me $400 to fix my washer and made it worse. Very unprofessional office staff and repairman. Beware

They communicated well. Knew exactly what my washer needed ordered the parts and fixed it within a reasonable time. The technician also told me how to prevent the same problem in the future. Will use them again.

Friendly, affordable, and same day call out and repair. I called around a few shops and all deferred or were confused With the model. LB Appliance Repair checked and their technician Tom was around the corner. He beat me to the house! Had it fixed in no time. Highly highly recommend.
