We were picky with which company to choose for we have a high end appliance, and want only exceptional professional technicians working on our Viking Stove. Once I met Hovhannes I felt at ease and safe. Allsafe Appliance Repair communication was top notch! They kept their word of the arrival time in which they accommodated my two hour window. Allsafe Appliance Repair company was immediate with responses via calls and texting. Invoice was sent via email. Hovhannes arrived early and parked the Van on the street, near our home, and made the walk to our home, respecting our private property (did not park on our driveway). I am 80 years old, and throughout this entire process, Vic treated me with patience, kindness, and respect. What impressed me most was that he never told me my dishwasher was beyond repair. Instead, he worked hard to find the necessary parts and always made sure everything possible was being done to get it fixed. Vic gave me confidence and assurance from the very beginning. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and gave me hope that my dishwasher would be working again. Thanks to his dedication and effort, my dishwasher is now fixed. Romik showed up on Monday, he was very professional. They quoted me $800 to fix washer and dryer. Gave him a $400 check, then he left, stated they would contact me as parts needed to be ordered. This shocked me given that the high price I was quoted I expected them to quickly make the repairs the same day. Did not hear back from the company for 3 days, so I called them on that Friday asking what happened. They explained they were waiting for parts. That Friday the company had 2 different people contacting me giving me different dates for the repairs. The miscommunication was really disappointing to say the least, I was paying a high rate but receiving less than stellar service. Friday afternoon 5pm, Romik shows up, he is very thorough makes the repairs. He explained in detail everything he did. The machines are working properly now. He was fast and professional however the overall experience was less than expected given the Google and Yelp reviews. If I pay a premium price I expect premium expedited service, unfortunately that was not the case.
