Coast Electric

We had a small problem with our electric fan and Matt and his team still took the time to help us out. We had a bouquet of balloons in the corner of the living room in preparation for a party and sooomeone - I won’t name any names 😒- turned on the living room fan. One of the balloons came loose from the bouquet and the ribbon got all tangled up inside the fan. I had gotten up on a ladder and untangled what I could, but it ripped after I had only pulled out a few feet of the ribbon. Matt and his team were nearby on another job and were able to come out after the job to take a look at my fan. Tanner helped us out and worked so quickly! He opened up the fan and pulled out almost 2 feet of ribbon that had gotten all tangled up in there! I’m so thankful for their expeditious help because now I can use my fan without fear lol. They are all so nice there and super responsive! Thank you so much!

Best service I’ve had in awhile, got recommended Newport Coast Electric from a family member and was deeply satisfied, Amanda was our point of contact and treated us well and quickly, and our actual service member Tanner was in and out of our home quickly and got everything I needed done much faster than I would have expected. 100% satisfied with the service.

Matt and team came out during a recent remodel and were tasked with first cleaning up a previous electrician's questionable work that did not pass inspection. They were wonderful and provided confidence that everything was correct, safe and ready to move forward. They are professional and were able to provide recommendations and solutions for my ideas and other hurdles that were presented. Matt and team take pride in their work, provide clear communication, show up when they say they will and get the job done right.

Easy to schedule, were able to get out fairly rushed & did good work; they also didn't mind splitting the scope in half so we could complete the rest later and didn't charge any more for two call outs instead of 1. We had a slight issue with the doorbell after completion, and they were out the next day at 7:30 with one phone call and fixed it right away. Owner Matt seems to care about his customers and business a lot, will definitely use them again in the future.
