Hartshorn Tv & Appliance

Great customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Kathy was so helpful and patient as we picked out our washer dryer and explained our options. Answered all our questions. Phil installed our set and he was terrific! He knew exactly what he was doing. Expert installation. Very careful. Phil also provided some great tips how to best care for and operate our new appliances. We wanted a good price and a smooth installation. We received both. We highly recommend Hartshorns.

With a broken dishwasher, the kitchen routine becomes much more demanding. So we called Hartshorn, a word-of-mouth referral from a friend. Needless to say we have been well cared for. Prices were reasonable, for both the new appliance as well as their installation services. Pat, the salesman, was friendly, informative and honest. Phil, our installer was quick, quiet and qualified; he got the new one in, the old one out and left everything clean and ready, in short order. We will be going back to Hartshorn for our future appliance needs. It’s great having local, family owned business in the town rather than always having to take my chances at a big box or online vendor. Now I gotta go clean up the breakfast dishes!
