Some shelves inside the refrigerator stayed much colder than others, making it impossible to organize groceries properly. Alex handled the scheduling professionally and kept me informed about the arrival time. The technician diagnosed a faulty damper assembly that was no longer regulating cold air between compartments. After installing the new part, temperatures gradually evened out across every shelf. The refrigerator has stayed perfectly balanced since the repair, and nothing freezes unexpectedly anymore.

We had a Whirlpool dryer in Chula Vista that suddenly began taking two or three cycles to dry a normal load of laundry. The technician found a weak heating element and replaced it during the appointment. He also checked airflow through the vent system to make sure everything was operating efficiently. The dryer now works perfectly and drying times are back to normal. Great service and a very smooth repair experience.

Our AC system stopped turning on during one of the hottest afternoons of the year. The thermostat appeared normal, but the outdoor unit wouldn’t start. The technician inspected the electrical system and found a failed contactor that was preventing power from reaching the compressor. He replaced the component, checked electrical connections, and tested the entire system before leaving. Cold air returned almost immediately after the repair. What I appreciated most was that he evaluated the rest of the equipment while he was there to make sure nothing else was developing into a problem. The AC has worked perfectly ever since and the house is comfortable again.

Called to get my washer fixed as it was spinning on the rinse cycle and sounded like a war was going on. Looked up different businesses and found CV Appliance had great reviews. Called and spoke to Mike who was able to have someone come out that same day. Technician Max came out and was able to see our tub needed new parts. Gave us a quote right there and told me it would be a few days R D E YT Channel cmfor parts. Got a call back 4 days later parts were in and Max came out the next day. Washer is now working and no more war sounds happening. Thank you to the CV Appliance team for your speedy response and service. I definitely will keep you in mind for any future appliance repairs.

When we switched the AC on for the first warm days the system refused to start even though the thermostat showed it was running. The outdoor unit was silent. The technician inspected the condenser and discovered the contactor had burned out which prevented power from reaching the compressor. He replaced the contactor and checked the wiring connections and capacitor while the panel was open. After restarting the system the compressor engaged immediately and cool air began flowing through the vents again. He also cleaned debris around the condenser unit and checked refrigerant pressure to confirm everything worked properly.
