Bought an Artisan Professional 36" grill from Gary. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick a grill that would survive the coastal weather. Great price and he personally dropped it off at our house on the coast and made sure we were happy with it. Their store is a bit off the beaten path in Campbell but they have a great selection of grills on display. Well worth the trip in to shop. Definitely something for everyone. Don't waste your time at the big box stores or buying online.

I purchased an Alfa Moderno 2 oven from them, and the customer service was excellent! Ray was kind enough to bring the heavy oven, along with all the equipment, on its pallet all the way to our backyard. We really appreciated the extra effort.

Raymond and his team were great...gave great advice when I was looking for a new BBQ. Once I purchased the BBQ and it was installed by the team, I had a small problem and the guys got on it quickly, fixed the issue and followed up to ensure that the fix resolved the problem...I would recommend this team to anyone.

We worked with Ray and Gary to purchase our outdoor grill, fridge and related hardware. They were awesome- super knowledgeable, highly responsive, really took the time to understand our goals and work within our budget. They have a great selection and nice showroom. There’s so little objective and useful info about grills online, it was so helpful so be able to work with them. Couldn’t recommend Garco any more highly.

Ray was super helpful when I needed replacement parts for my old grill. He was able to source everything I needed and made sure the parts were compatible with my older model. Will definitely use Garco again when I need parts or if I ever upgrade my outdoor kitchen.
