The tech called in advance and arrived on time. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue and had the required part on hand. I highly recommend them.

The repair man showed up promptly as promised. He diagnosed the issue with my oven quickly, retrieved the needed part and replaced it speedily. He charged me a very fair price, lower than other competitors. I really recommend using this company for service.

Happy to report my experience with Burbank appliance repair was very satisfactory. What I thought was a dishwasher issue turned out to be a plumbing problem by technician Gary. Gary had called in the morning to confirm our appointment and his approximate ETA. He was on time prepared and knowledgeable quickly assessing the problem and Skillfully repairing it. I recommend this company. Ask for Gary you won’t be disappointed.! Mrs Carol Thielemann Burbank, Ca. 01/2026

Our service man Greg was super helpful & professional. Our commercial dryer wasn't spinning/drying. He took it apart, had the proper parts, cleaned it out put in new parts in less than 1 hr.

This is the second time Greg came out to service our appliances. First the fridge and now the dishwasher. He couldn't have been better. Stayed and even came back to finish the work that he had diagnosed. Do not hesitate to call on him. Thank you Greg. Charlie Burbank
