My oven went out (again) and they came out to fixed it. Of course a part had to be ordered and when they came back to install, the oven still did not work. They had to order another part (circut board) and they came out a 3rd x to install that and presto--oven worked. But now all of the sudden one of burners did not fire up anymore with out the help of a match. they came out for the 4th x (no charge) and fixed that. All in all they do know what they are doing, and we had to go the slow road to fixing it all--multiple visits. It was not cheep but neither was it overly expensive. I got the owner each time. I truly appreciated his knowledge and expertise. I could not had done this myself , regardless what the YouTube videos told me. There was know way. Thanks Antony!! But next time this happens, I think I'm just gonna get a new stove/range. In the end, it is like I do have a new oven and range.

He noticed an electrical issue, and instead of trying to sell me a complete system, he was able to change out a few parts on my over 20 year old unit, and get my system running smooth and efficient. Great experience with Anthony, the owner, and Derek, an experienced technician. Their solid expertise solved the problem with my Kitchenaid dishwasher. Solutions were clearly explained, too. I would ask them to repair any of my appliances in the future.
