Premier Appliance was amazingly helpful. The repair person was thorough, personable, and professional. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and honest about my repair options and the cost. When I ordered my new washer and dryer, they called promptly to let me know about availability and what my options were if I did not want to wait. They went out of their way to get it delivered to me when I was available. The delivery was on time. The delivery personnel were as thorough, personable, and professional as the repair person. I would highly recommend both the repair service and the showroom.

Let me tell you, I have had nothing but horrible experiences with companies, services and deliveries. You name it, in every arena, one unethical nightmare after another. It just feels like the world of customer focus and experience is dead. Working with Alex and Premier is the first time in years that I’ve had an absolute perfect and delightful experience.
