I called them for repair of my LG Refrigerator. I can’t tell you how friendly and pleasant I was treated! AND! He even gave me suggestions on what I might try to be sure if it just needed “resetting”, which I could do! What great people!

Wow! Amazing company! Swift call back, next day appointment (on a Saturday!) and experienced recommendations and service. They had helpful knowledge of the PG&E claim process, and made sure I had all the information I needed to expedite the claim. Dealt with Reuben, Jesse and Frankie - they were all very solicitous and made me feel like my service call was important, aka great customer service. I gave four stars because I believe everyone can improve a little, but I'm just not sure how with these folks, who are now on Maple in Salinas. Rock on guys!!

We called Frankie because he was the only one listed on Google with a review. I'm happy to say that we have used his services 3 times and all three times he has taken great care of us! His prices are absolutely reasonable and he backup his work. Great guy to work with, I highly recommend using Frankie!
